Juke Box Hero (Northern Monk Collab)

Our first time experimenting with CGX hops, and who better to work with than Northern Monk. They joined us to brew an exciting juicy number using Idaho 7 and Strata in CGX form to intensify all flavours from their original pellet form. On a thick juicy based, Idaho 7 CGX enhances a balance of tropical and piney flavours while Strata CGX promises passion fruit, strawberry and some "Rock Concert Cannabis" notes.
