It was a pleasure to have the team all the way from New Bristol over to Yoker to share stories, brew a pale ale and wander the streets of Glasgow looking for the perfect pint. Together we brewed a light and sessionable pale ale with fruity Citra and a touch of pineapple bitterness from the Meridian and Mosaic.
